        We have waited over two years for our home to be built. The only thing that has been accomplished is the pilings. Recently mr Whitson wanted to cancel our original contract and up the price by $80,000.00 for the same build. Now, Mr Whitson and employees refuse to answer his employees refuse to answer our calls, email and text. I regret the day we signed with his company. Service: Custom home design

        Ed and his associates are the best! We are not local and have worked on this project long distance. You could not ask for a better group to work with. They are very accommodating and their workmanship is over the top!! Post Hurricane Sally review.. So glad we decided on modular! We were one of the few without issues. These guys are the best!

We actual work "Hand-In-Hand" with each prospect to come up with a house plan that suits the family and a budget tailor made just for that project. With Custom Modular Home or Building that is built in a covered facility this can easily be done. All costs, fees, etc. are known upfront----with "NO" surprises. If you are looking to invest in a 1000 sq. ft. home or a 10,000 sq. ft. home---you will know the exact cost of everything before your project starts.
