Had an accident a few weeks ago and chipped three teeth. Dr. Bell fit me in immediately and fixed them better than before. Dr. Bell & his staff were amazing. He is kind, funny, compassionate and above all a great dentist. Highly recommend.

Dr. Bell and his staff worked me in over the Christmas Holidays for emergency treatment for dental pain, which included an abcessed  tooth.  I was also able to receive my dental cleaning  when seen  for my follow up appointment two weeks  later.  My own dentist of 36 years did not offer this care to me.  After the care I received fromThis dental practice in Gulf Shores , I must doubt the review posted by Diane J C, claiming she received a serious laceration to her tongue.  This injury would have required emergency treatment to repair her tongue had it occurred as described!  However , she does appear to speak with "Forked Tongue"!

Dr. Bell, is a very kind , conscientious dentist . I had a dental emergency, and he took the time out of his busy schedule to see me .  Dr. Bell's was  fantastic  not only by the work he did , but by the way he treated me as a patient.  I would highly recommend him for any dental work!

I am so very happy and so blessed that I found Dr.Bell. I have been to several dentist in Birmingham and in Manhattan Kansas. I must say that Dr. Bell tops them all. He takes his time to make sure you are ok during your visit and makes you feel very comfortable. If you are looking for a good Dentist, please try Dr. Bell you will be very pleased and happy you did... Dr. Bell is truly heaven sent!!

Last year Dr Bell sliced my tongue in half with his scalpel; then told my family the injury happened because I bit it myself--which would've been a jagged bite wound instead of the actual PAINFUL surgical laceration he caused. When confronted by a 3rd party with medical background who understood this fact; Dr Bell changed his story to admit he actually DID cause my injury; BUT he blamed his assistant, who (according to him) failed to keep my tongue out of his surgical field. The resultant post-op pain was excruciating, but my local pharmacist couldn't refill Dr Bell's prescription for my pain meds because he didn't write the prescription correctly. I was in agony for days. Dr Bell blamed my pain on the stupid changes in the new laws for doctors prescribing narcotic pain relief.
