Good afternoon Ms. Jessica. You have me scratching my head over your "modest" one-star review that you recently posted. I checked my records (and also had members of my staff) search over 3000 patient charts as well and found no trace of you as ever having been a patient at our office in Gulf Shores. If indeed you were, then please send us a real name and contact info to our business email: ([email protected]) and we can gladly sit down together and discuss your unique situation. I am curious, however, as to why you have only 9 reviews of local businesses listed publicly? Anyone reading this - Ms Jessica - can access those business reviews above on Google just by clicking your name. All 9 reviews are listed... ALL with one star (*) reviews! I invite curious citizens to do this right now. There are nice salons, restaurants, etc. listed. Hey! To each their own, but Joe Patti's gets one star??? Come on!! It calls to mind.... You know, you hear about people being compensated in some way to publicly defame otherwise fine businesses by their competitors. It's certainly a shame (and unlawful) when that occurs. Of course I'm not insinuating that this is what's occurring here -'just that we all know it happens. I don't claim to be perfect ( there's Just the "Big Man" above ), but I think our office normally does a great job tending to people's dental needs and wants at our facility. Oh, and by the way, what orthodontist are you talking about? I'd like to know who I supposedly referred you to for treatment so I can speak to him/her and see what happened in your case. Please send this information to our email above as HIPPA rules don't allow us to discuss patient confidential information publicly. Thank you for your cooperation. In closing, maybe you made an honest mistake and if you did then kindly remove your review.
