    We reserved double canopy/8 chairs to be set up on our arrival day. When they hadnt arrived day one, we were assured that the staff would bring them first thing day two. All of day two we tried to contact them multiple times with no response. This is extremely frustrating as we own chairs and canopy and didnt bring them as we thought they would provide the service we paid for up front.

    Unfortunately we had a very poor experience using them to clean our vacation rental condo. When I initially spoke with them about my new condo I was very excited and sure that I had chosen the right company. They told me everything I wanted to hear and then some, and the raving 5 star reviews on google only reassured me (I realize now that all of the raving reviews about their cleaning were several years old, nothing recent). The execution didn't make up with the expectations given: - Multiple cleaning complaints from different guests including hair in the showers, dirty floors, BBQ sauce on one of the comforters, dirty top of stove, dishes left in the dishwasher, and on and on. - Sold me on having a separate "inspector" who goes in after each clean with a checklist to ensure quality work. Well, I have a ring doorbell camera and not once did a separate inspector come by and based on the complaints from guests the items on the "checklist" were not actually checked but just checked off. - Cleaned my condo for two and a half months and didn't change out/clean the quilts once (gross!!) despite me asking them to. They charge extra for this, no problem just bill me, never got a bill for it. When my new cleaner arrived the extra quilts were all still in their original packaging in the owners closet having never been changed out. - Lost my owners closet key. Took it back to the office to make a copy (no problem) but didn't bring the original back and was not able to find it when I asked about it. The only reason I even knew was because I happen to be in town from out of state and was checking on the condo and realized there was no key there for me to get into the closet. The cleaner was not bringing a key with them so they just weren't getting into the closet refilling the coffees and other items I had purchased and wanted to provide for my guests at each turn. Something that we had discussed. -I realized we had forgot to put encasements on a couple of the box springs when setting up the condo, asked if I sent them some would they be willing to put them on, "Yes, no problem we can do that." Showed up to the condo a few weeks later to check on it and the encasements were still in the shipping box shoved in one of the closets unopened. - Lost multiple sets of beach towels after we agreed they would switch out sets with each turn then tried to deny agreeing to do that (I have text messages to prove that was the arrangement). - Very poor communication between management and the actual cleaning staff. My husband was working on a repair at the condo when one of the new cleaners came by, she was very nice but knew nothing about the owners closet, let alone where to find the key, or what items needed refilling from it at each turn. It was like they gave her the keycode and the unit # and didn't give her any other details about the condo. - Very little accountability when presented with these issues. I think I got one apology and acknowledgement of issue when guests sent me pictures of a very dirty condo but other than that a lot of blame shifting/gaslighting. Made me feel like I was bothering them when I inquired why I hadn't received a bill yet for the cleaning of the quilts (two weeks after I had requested they be cleaned) and when I asked where the owners closet key was. I hate leaving bad reviews, I much prefer to rave about my experiences, or even just not leave a review at all if less than perfect, but there was too much to go unsaid. Perhaps they were really good several years ago but it seems as though they have grown beyond their bandwidth and should not be taking on new clients if they can't provide the service they promise.
