        We have purchased through this store for years now. We purchased a recliner with a few more pieces. The recliner broke and we just want it fixed. Weve reached out a total of 4 times practically begging to pay for it to be done. Really goes to show you how poor customer service has gotten. They supposedly have made several work tickets and even scheduled us twice and just not shown up.
