        Brad did a home inspection for me and was very thorough. I live out of state, and he did a great job. I was shown an inspection report that was done about a month prior, but Brad's report really showed the value in hiring your own inspector. He caught a ton of things that weren't on the previous report, including problems with a 2 year old roof. His report had very detailed explanations as well as clear pictures of the problem areas.
