First, Id like to say that it is Mardi Gras in my area and there are no places to stay under $250 a night within 50 miles . I stayed at this property while looking for a permanent home was here for eight days had extended for another week as I wont be able to move into my new place until the 15th. I booked another reservation, so I was checking out of one room and into another because they were filling up. How about this reservations several days ago, however, was told 10 minutes to check out that I would not be getting into a new room that my reservation was canceled and the person who told me was the maintenance guy I didnt even get notified from property management or VRBO, see this is kind of a problem because my vehicle is full of work tools and my spouse took our second vehicle that I couldve loaded all of our items into so I had to sit on the curb with all my belongings for over an hour. Since property management did not reach out to me, I reached out to them and they told me it was because of a noise complaint about the door opening and closing late at night. Stayed in thousands of hotels as a traveling rep and not have I ever been asked to leave a property because of noise or because of my door opening and closing. I am as considerate as anyone possible can be so I always try to use the door closed when my hands were full of laundry, I would use it close with my foot. See their laundry you have to leave the building and walk around to the other side of the building to access Which is inconvenient. I recommend they get a door closure That will help with the noise because people are going to need to come in or leave the building after 10 oclock sometimes. So here I am homeless and possibly sleeping in my vehicle tonight because their exterior door is loud loud when you open and close it. Ill add they could care less and were classless about it.

The venue itself is outstanding. We rented the home for the whole weekend, including all of the guestrooms. Everything was perfect except 2 out of 3 "public" restrooms weren't working, and the ice maker would not make ice. If they get these two items repaired, I'll edit this rating to the 5 stars they really deserve.
