        This company is TRASH! My parents paid for gas 2 months ago and still haven't received it.

        Very poor office communication. Went to the office not open during regular hours. They never have anyone yo man the phones. Service extremely poor.

        Goodness, I have been requesting gas for my home from this company for three weeks and they have not responded or returned any of our calls about the expected delivery date. I use propane gas to heat my home and live with someone over the age of 85; the temperatures are dropping and we really need this service. In rural Alabama, there are so few residential propane gas options. I have been using this company for 3-4 years and never had this level of bad service. In general, the customer service is C-/D+. I am writing here to let others know about my experience with Tom Bigbee Propane. I am not sure if the company cares about customer reviews.
