I went to another location to get my phone fixed, but they didnt have what was necessary to fix it. They sent me to this store, and the gentleman made my phone look and work like brand new. He had a great attitude, and it didnt take all day either. I would recommend Cell Phone Repair to any and everyone!!!

Nick S. was fast and very courteous ! His experience had me out of the store in less than 30 minutes. Professional and tested my iPhone before I departed the store. If you need any phone, tablet, or electronic device serviced, call and ask for Nick !

Do NOT recommend! I used this store only because I had an insurance claim for a cracked screen. I set up an appointment for the repair/replacement for Tuesday Jan 9. When I arrived I was told they do not have the certain screen for my phone and they will order it and it will be in by the 12th. When I never heard back from them, I called the store on the 13th and they told me the screen hasn't come yet. Supposedly they haven't even ordered it yet. So I am told that they should have it in a few days. Finally on Thursday January 18th I get a call that it is available. Like most people, I have a job and can't drop everything to go to the store. I asked how long they will keep it for me since it would be at least a week before I get off (since they are closed Sundays). The answer was 90 days. Jump to Monday Jan 22 I get a call at 4pm saying they will give my screen to the next person of I don't come within the next 2 hours this person told me that they only hold the parts for 3 days - one of those 3 days was a Sunday when the store was closed! So I thankfully was able to leave work early to go. The ONLY good thing was that the repair itself was quick (25 minute). I do not recommend this store. Next time I would rather pay more through insurance to get a replacement device instead of a screen only repair.
