We have had nothing but problems from their work in the last 5 years or more. We used to receive good service from them but after a change in leadership the company has gone downhill and they are very expensive. They do shoddy work now. I could name several visits they have really done a terrible job.

They couldn't get a toilet and faucet to install for 7 days??!! We could have gotten both at Lowe's for them to install. Unacceptable.

me and my Dad just moved to Gadsden and needed help with water flow into a washing Machine! apparently these people are worse than "Crooks" and the other posts stating how AMAZING they have to be FAKE posts! i had an 8 am apt this morning May 24th, to come out to look water supply coming to my washing machine and serviceman said that that there was a problem with the HOT water pipe, it was busted, when i told him i literally just bought the house, he told me i could just use cold water for now to wash clothes, all of that cost me 115 dollars. but then when i started to wash clothes there was no water of any kind there to fill my machine up. Here is the kicker! when i tried to Call K d & J plumbing back to tell them what happened-THE TELEPHONE NUMBER HAD BEEN DISCONNECTED!!!! then later on, when tried to call back a guy answered the phone , and when i told this "guy" who i was he hung up on me! when i called right back i got a voice mail. which was a slightly different business than K D & J plumbing then about an hour later i called back called the secretary and told her about the guy , him hanging up on me and the weird voice mail the secretary just said "we have been having problems with our phones"-lol wow-yes i would say that phone being disconnected, guys answering the phone and hanging up, and weird different voice mails would constitute "having trouble" with your phone! but then i told her i was expecting my dad's $115.00 charge back which was not even quoted me yesterday. she tried to double talk me and finally hung up on me!!! Going to sick my Bank on them!!!! these people are just Con Artists!!i might be New to Gadsden, Alabama, but that does not mean you can Con me!!! Take my advice-DO NOT use these people. they think they are slick!! Service: Plumbing leak detection
