        Contact Never followed up after initial contact or keep their agreement to look at my project. Left several voice and text messages but never got a response.

        Called them on 6-1-20 to replace a faucet on my off day on 6-12-20. I was told that would be no problem since I had called a week and a half early and would be contacted on Thursday 6-11-20 to set up a time. Thusday came and no call. Friday the 12th came no call so I called at 10:30 and was told my info was passed on and he would be calling me later. I was then called back by the nice lady who answers the phone and told to text her my address and he would be out later. So i did as asked and now 5 PM I've wasted my only weekday off for the next six weeks waiting for nothing and still no call.
