Doctors' Care PC

The doctor and mid level did just fine. However, the girls at the front desk were very rude and lazy. The didnt even attempt to run my insurance. The didnt make a copy of my new card. The just wanted to charge cash for everything. Then as I am paying cash for everything they wanted they tell me how they are doing me a favor. As if Im not paying them for there services and could easily go some where else. I think I will.

I was seen yesterday and asked for an exam and xray/CT scan of my lower area. A nurse came in and drew blood and that was it. The doctor did not look or listen to anything on my body which is very unprofessional in my opinion. My medical issue is very serious to me so now I must seek more treatment today to ensure everything is ok with my female organs

Have never dealt with such a rude, unprofessional, incompetent office staff as the staff at Doctors Care. They have completely mishandled my fathers health issues in every way possible. We will never use them again after the ongoing hassle and gross negligence we have had to deal with. Simply inexcusable.
