        I am a new patient waiting for fisrt appointment and I have never seen such professionalism by the staff. They had a patient who was clearly one of the most hateful sad individuals. With absolutely no respect for the rest of us in the waiting room. The front end staff had such patience and grace handling the meanest individual.

        I am a patient of Dr. Wilborn. He has been my Dads and Moms doctor for as long as I can remember. My Dad has passed away, but my Mom and I are still patients. Ive never once felt rushed, whether it was my appointment or Moms. He is patient and listens to everything you need to talk to him about. He has incredible nurses. His nurse, Shondra, is one of, if not the best nurse Ive ever had. I can not say enough positive things about her! She has been a shoulder for me to cry on more than once. In my opinion, they are most definitely 5 star!

        I wish I could give this clinic 0 stars. Every time I go, I wait 45 + minutes before going back, even if I arrive early for my appointment time. The receptionist and nurse have been rude and impersonal, every time. Dr. Tummala is great but her staff needs some work. And I NEVER write bad reviews, so this should say a lot about the clinic.
