Ok so just to let everyone know that there policy on paying for something and paying the insurance fee also that when you have a problem and they have to replace something well its of lesser value and they rip you off do not buy anything from them, they are a total scam and they apparently do not replace your merchandise for the same thing instead they pic what they have and your insurance doesn't matter you just gotta take what they give you for replacement even though you have paid thousands for what you wanted and plus the insurance, it doesn't matter to them, there a joke and definitely not getting any more money from us,

We called them to request pick up for some items wed been paying on because we no longer needed them. They kept making up excuses as to why they couldnt come pick up for days at a time but kept calling us harassing us for a payment. They finally said they would come out yesterday to pick up the items so we cancelled all our plans for the day because they never would give us a time frame for pick up so we sat at home all day waiting but they never showed up. My fianc called several times throughout the day asking when theyd be there but they kept getting an attitude with him and hanging up on him. They called him this morning and got very rude & said they were on there way to pick up the stuff and he told them nobody was home at the moment because we had to take my sick son & myself to the doctor but wed call them as soon as we got back home. They got extremely hateful & said they didnt want to hear any of that & that if we wasnt there for pick up that theyd be calling our landlord to have them come inside to get the stuff. Theyre just extremely rude and very unprofessional and I definitely dont recommend anyone doing any business with them at all!
