        Crestwood has really gone downhill. We had great service and an excellent planner with Tinley Kirby. However, the roads in the cemetery are totally unacceptable! I thought once my car was going into a sinkhole! And it isn't just one or two places, it's throughout the gardens! It is bad enough to damage a vehicle. Crestwood used to be top of the line and classy, what happened?

        I strongly recommend not to do business with this company. They are not truthful, and the management will not help. They will be glad to take your paid order and then give continuous false promises of delivery.

        I love this place. Never been treated as nice as Tracy treated me. I would recommend using her for all your funeral needs. She is very helpful and kind to everyone. She helped me bury my great grandmother.
