I would definitely recommend Dr. Dorsett and Dr. Orr! They are very nice and have a very nice staff in my experience there!

Very helpful getting my wife worked in same day to get a problem tooth pulled, was never told the cost, was never told you have to pay up front if you dont have insurance which is fine to pay up front if you are not insured, policy is policy. My wife went in twice the same day mentioning we dont have insurance. They still led her back did the procedure she goes to leave with a mouth full of gauze and blood can hardly talk and is told oh thats$350, has to be paid today before you leave. My wife tried to work it out and asked her to run our card the next day which was pay day or I could run by the following morning when they open with cash or card. After my wife, crying and pleading with her with a mouth full of blood she agreed to send a Bill plus every bit of money i could scrounge while I sat in the car with our 2 kids. Oh and the 800mg ibuprofen, that the dentist that recommended us to the oral surgeon, was all that was prescribed. Appreciate squeezing us in and moving things around to get her in but customer service on the billing side is sub par.

DDS.ORR, very nice man very nice dentist seem very knowledgeable but won't be going back there because of the checkout lady very rude very insulting very unhelpful very condescending very negative and will not be going back there love love love Southern smiles can't believe that they recommended can't believe that they recommended my cousin to go will not be returning there because of the back receptionist very nasty lady

Dr Dorsett and his staff were very professional and understanding of all the issues I had with a very recent dental procedure with another provider and they made my experience with them Great. I remember the anaesthesiologist telling me he was about to "get started" and I woke up with a incredible smile I've not seen in about a decade. Thank you so much to the entire team at OSA.
