I really want to give zero stars , my son and I went into the store today i ask if i could try a pair of jeans on , the ladies was very rude no out dressing rooms are close but you can buy them do use the mall restroom seriously bye Ill go spend my money else where is excellent what I said to , I can be just as rude , and plus I was there lost I spent 346 plus some change at American Eagle in the mall where they had excellent customer service

I went here on 9/28 felt racial profile I also was followed several times pull the camera up they will be able to see it .when I Spoke to the employee and told her how I felt about about the situation nothing just rude Im doing my job Im doing my job all loud .then she calls the GM she comes the back shes doing her job wouldnt listen to me at all but immediately takes her side. I have always shop there never had this happen to me .

There is this brown skin short girl kinda heavy set shes disrespectful and tries to kick people out of the store way before its for it to shut down shes very mean and nun helpful and I over heard her talking to another employee stating that if anybody in this store at 7:30pm shes telling them to leave and locking the gate on them and wish they would say anything to her shes just a awful person I feel like if your gonna be that way why even work at a family shopping clothing store
