Smaller dealership that also has some other brands if you're interested.For me, the experience could've been better. We set up an appointment because my wife had wanted to test drive a specific SUV. They had it almost ready when it was our appointment time. Apparently they had jut brought the car in and it was still in 'transport mode' which no onw seemed to have any idea how that would impact the test drive. We had a lot of 'we think it's doing that because of 'transport mode'.Once we got that sorted out, we took the test drive and returned. Now, I should make it clear, from the beginning we stated we would not be buying today and there were other cars we were interested in looking at before we made a decision. Which they didn't seem to mind. Once we got back we told him we liked and that we would consider it, of course he indicated there were dealer incentives and if we had a couple minutes he would get the details and show us. We clarified again we wouldn't be buying and that we were on a time limit and needed to leave in 10 minutes max. Well, he went and sat with his manager (?) for the next 15 minutes ... I was ready to walk out. He finally returned to let us know that there were no incentives right now and went into a long discussion as to why there were no incentives. I would think this is something that would have been known up front - but whatever.I won't say that we would never return here, but I would be mnuch more cautious if we do come back.
