        EXTREMELY slow drive thru service. Last 3 visits Ive waited at no less than 10 minutes just to ORDER thats not including wait to get food.

        Worst customer service experience that I've had in a very long time. Secondary drive-thru does not work. The store is constantly understaffed to the point that it cannot serve customers properly. The lobby is never open. Note to corporate headquarters, do not attempt to send me a hollow apology. I would not go back even for a free meal.

        I cant believe it. You built a complete new store and yet you cant hire people who want to work. I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes while 3 of your employees were hanging out by the back door. I finally got tired of waiting and left. If they dont care enough to take my order, then theirs no telling how bad the condition of the food is.
