        Ordered 3 new SIM cards and an Internet gateway. Nothing but issues from the very start. They (the corporate online people) sent us 4 sim cards and one was already installed inside the gateway. 5G is fast but is spotty and periodically cuts out. Been with Verizon for 13 years and after my experience with T-Mobile I'm staying with Verizon. Service may not be as fast but it is definitely more reliable. Now my brother has to go without a phone for 10 days since he's on a prepaid straight talk plan and we anticipated this would all work out good. Won't ever be coming back to T-Mobile for service again.
