I've only had good experiences at this place. (Well, there was one receptionist I personally did not like but I don't know if she's still there) I love Dr. Baugh and Libby is really nice. They always make sure I'm doing okay while I have my dental work done. I get back in a room fast too.

I honestly don't see how this place has a five star review record. This place takes forever to even be seen when your in the office. On top of that my child has been in pain over a tooth for months and they refused to see her until literally 4 months later! They do not "Call" you like they say when it come time for a cleaning. I got my youngest in just because my oldest two go here, they were suppose to call over a year ago for her cleaning and they never have she is 4 years old. This place is Just terrible.. Ft.Payne really needs a Dentist office for kids and shut this one down.!

Dr. Jena and Deb were fantastic They took my insurance and the administrative process was painless. I got a good cleaning with some good conversation.

Dr Baugh is sweet. But that lady at the desk is rude and speaks to you like you are trash. For that reason we wont be back. We have excellent insurance and there was no reason at all to be so hateful.

Told my 16 year old they would not see him due too Not being there in a year because he has Medicaid VERY RUDE
