Fantastic place for a thorough eye exam and excellent service with new glasses. We are so pleased to have found Family Vision and Hearing. Have not had a hearing test yet, so I cannot comment on this service. Will add feedback once I have a hearing test. Highly recommend!!

I needed a pair of contacts fast, within one day as an emergency. The man was super nice and they were the only company that would give us contacts without a prescription. Very helpful and fast. Would highly recommend going here.

I'm glad the dr knows what he's doing, however I find it hard to believe that an older man can be so cruel with his words to a 12yr old child. This man basically stated that she will never amount to much in her life if she doesn't use her glasses. While I as an adult can comprehend all he had to say, there is a better way to tell a child that she needs to wear her glasses than to say she will only ever be a waitress. You sir, made my child cry all the way home. She has learning issues and other issues in her life, she doesn't need a man telling her that she will never be anything other than a waitress!!! Everyone is entitled to their opinions, however maybe it's time for you to keep your to yourself!!!

I NEVER wrote Google reviews, but my interaction with Dr Michael warranted one. My son has to see a pediatric opthalmologist in Mobile, but we came here to get him fitted for some new glasses. It was close to closing and Dr Michael was the only one there. He was so kind and patient with my 5 year old son as we picked out new glasses for him. My son is on Medicaid and Dr Michael talked me through financial options as well as talked to me about options for my 1 year old who will also most likely need glasses. It was a pleasure meeting with him!
