I contacted Sears three weeks ago Regarding the refrigerator light Blinks on and off like a strobe light….. when I called for the appointment I read the operator that answered the phone both the serial number!!!! and model number!!!! of my refrigerator which by the way is a 2016. First of all it took three weeks for a technician to get to my house…. During this time I believed seriously that he was bringing a refrigerator light…. When he arrived at my house he stated you know there is $149 service charge…. and I replied that is OK as long as you fix my drug….. then he replied I don’t have your 💡 light!!!!!! so he was going to collect $149 from me to show up and read the same serial number and model number that I read to the operator. Which was about to cost me $150. I then told him to leave ASAP and not to look at my refrigerator he did not look. He left. I will call use them again.!!!!!
