Lowe's Garden Center

Visited Lowes Garden center a couple days ago. The stuff I needed was outside so I found what I needed took pictures of the item numbers and went to the register. The lady was so happy I had that and it made it super fast. If you can help them by doing this it makes it much easier than just walking up and saying I need 2 bags of whatever you need. They carry several kinds of some items so give them a hand if ya can. Glad they had what we needed.

Carpet and flooring staff overwhelmed. If due a discount make sure you get it. Lots of confusion there. Update: installation no better. Crew sent to my mother's home immediately complained about size of the house. This was surprising as service pros (the company that Lowes uses for installation) had sent someone in to measure. The installation crew then left the old carpet in front of the the house. This despite the sales contact staring old carpet was to be removed. No exceptions. Complained to Lowes, who said the installation crew said carpet had fleas. Nothing said at the time, and animals that were in the house took flea preventative. Really doubt that. The upshot -- Lowes executive customer relations people can't help so the carpet that was to be removed by contract is in front of the house, getting rained on. Advise extreme caution when dealing with this company.
