Taco Bell

Went through drive thru last night Got about $43 worth of food for 3 ppl. So I work fast food too I get times and I also know they have to do theres in 3 mins or less. I'm trying to look at the menu and get the order of 3 ppl one being a 10 Yr old child. We haven't been at Taco Bell in about 3 years. I told them exactly that haven't been at Taco Bell in a while and needed a moment. Interrupting my train of thought every 10 seconds seeing if I needed help to find something on the menu was not helpful it was counterproductive. I get she was just trying to help and get her line moving but at the same time interrupting my train of thought was going to just make it longer. I don't know if she's told to do that but it's a little excessive when I'm sitting there trying to figure out what to get these two other people plus me food and every 10 seconds can I help you find something Is there something I can help you find I mean granted we could have went inside but after the long day we had getting out of the car was a lot. The food was still good the service was still pretty good and quick It was just that one thing that kind of just made it not so great Would I go back yes but not in the drive-thru

I was charged for something I did not order nor receive. I get mistakes will be made but how the manager handled it ridiculous. And based on what she said they take food back over the counter after it has left the store which is not allowed by the health department. To the manager on shift at 7pm 4/3/24 are you reselling what you make people bring back to other customers?
