I was on vacation about a week ago and I thought my phone was broken bc it wouldn't charge. A very nice guy named Daniel took a look at it and helped me figure it out so it will charge correctly now. I always feel stupid going into stores like this bc the people are usually rude or apathetic about my issue. Daniel actually cared and wanted to help. Everyone at every cell phone store should be like him.

The sales person, Nathan C., was professional, knowledgeable and knew the products of C Spire. Our transactions were made smoothly and within the time Nathan told it would take. This location is popular so you might have to wait, but it is so worth it. One more thing, this salesman does listen to your needs.
