My husband needed a new phone and had an upgrade available. He went by to check out the new phone and got quoted $280 out the door. Went in with him next day to possibly get a new phone myself while he got his and the price jumped to $460. I asked why. Told the new promotion wasn't available to existing customers. Fair enough, we made a second choice which was out of stock. Manager offered to go get second choice phone she was out of stock on from Pensacola would be back around 1 the following day. Husband goes by store at 2:40 as we had been calling the store since 1, no answer. Door is locked, lights are on and there is a kid running around the inside of the store. I called a few more times, still no answer. He waits and someone finally walks up front with the unattended child at 3:06. They leave him outside for an additional 15 minutes at the door and refuse to answer the store phone. Who runs this business? I've been a metro customer for 7 years and am appalled by the absolute lack of customer service! Get your stuff together metro! Plan to switch carriers as this behavior seems to be the norm there now. Called Pensacola and mobile store and nobody answers the phone either.
