I discover a water leak late on a Sunday afternoon. I called serveral companies but none of them were willing to come out that night except Kore Restoration and (otis) Otis was there within the hour ,examining our problem and getting to work right away. They were curious, friendly and very thorough. He even came by to check up on me. If I ever have an issue like this again, I would not hesitate to call Otis at Kore restoration. KORE Restoration is a great local company that fixes problems with your house after a catastrophe. I have called on these guys twice in the last few years. Once for a flood situation, and once to rebuild my home after water damage due to a leaking A/C unit. Justin and Christian are responsive, attentive, and listen to your input throughout the process. They have also fought our insurance to get our house back to the way it was before the event. We did not have to lift a finger during that process. They dealt with everything, and submitted supplementals without our input and got them approved. They are local guys who care about the people that call them. I did not know them before my issues, but now I call them my friends. Services: Remodeling, Mold inspection, Flooring, Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Water damage-related mold removal
