        They withheld information that cost me 2 days of in town rental of a trailer . Lana Stutts was very rude and did nothing to help me even knowing she was wrong . Then when she got my money she looked at me crazy like and said im done with youand i was never rude or said anything out of line .. my trailer light hookup had a short which i ended up going home and fixing it myself but the afternoon i figured they didnt work i tried to fix it at the uhaul so i could leave with rented trailer well it made lana stutts late leaving for the day and she was mad and was extremely rude and short with me the next day
