We listed our home with Beverly and Prime Properties Realty. Our house had a contract on it within 60 days and it closed within 90 days from the time we listed it for sale! I feel for the amount of questions and concerns I had they was an excellent choice and value because I am a worrier. They know real estate and property values from all aspects. They made selling our first home a breeze! If you want to buy or sale a home or property I highly recommend PRIME PROPERTIES REALTY AND AUCTION because they go above and beyond making your sell as stress and worry free as possible. They was always available anytime i had questions no matter the time of day or evening. They treated me feel like I was family and I am so thankful for them both!

We had the best experience with Beverly and Jason. We were right in the middle of buying our home when the quarantine started and Beverly still went above and beyond for us. They were extremely professional we couldn't have asked for better people to help us with buying our first home.

Had a great experience with Beverly Hardeman and prime properties! My wife and I decided to sell our home and purchase another. We put the house up for sale, within a week we had a contract. I called Prime Properties Realty, and the person answering the phone could not wait to get me off of the telephone. She was NOT helpful at all. She said she was not the Prime Properties I was looking for that it was in Athens. She was rude, and totally not helpful. If you want to not be helpful, if you want to not be polite when someone calls your office, you may need to have someone answering your company's calls that is in the very least...polite.
