Although there isn't a lot of authentic Japanese food on the menu, the food they do serve is mostly good. The sushi is fresh and pretty good as well. My mom hates Asian cuisine and always has the worst experiences eating out. Here she is able to eat at the Hibachi Grill where she can have steak and shrimp, it's cooked right in front of her so there can't be any mistakes, and it comes right off the grill onto her plate so it can't be served cold. You can sit in front of the sushi bar and watch them make flawless food art, at the gorgeous lit up bar, at a regular table or booth, in a tatami room for added privacy (ideal for a party or date) where you can even sit on floor cushions like a more traditional Japanese style, or at a hibachi grill (you may have to sit with other people you don't know) and watch the entertainment as your food is prepared right in front of you! Overall, even after quitting multiple times because of awful management (which still exists), it is a place I would recommend though the whole experience can be a 50/50 risk.

If I could give this place negative stars I would , we had to wait for an extended time to be sat , our hostess was rude and sat us without a waiter where we sat over an hour before our drink orders were taken!! The man who came out to take our order took a additional 30 just to get our order that he came back for 5 times before it was put in. The chef was good but most of our orders were messed up like one person didn't get there extra rice cause they gave it to a person. Who order white rice and it was covered by throwing out the fried rice and bringing a bowl of white but the other guest still got charged for the extra he did not receive THE MOST UNFORGIVABLE THING THAT HAPPENED WAS THEY LOST OUR CARD!! We waited for a additional hour as they ran around I had to go up to the bar twice to ask for an update ultimately we found it still in the book at the bar WE HAD TO FIND IT !! NOTHING WAS D ONE FOR OUR INCONVENIENCE WE WILL NOT BE BACK AND I Suggest OTHER PATRONS STEER CLEAR OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT
