        Long story sort ! Bad experience I felt like I went in there just wanted to get cough syrup! She told me it's nothing else she can do just go to ER.

        I went recently for a really bad sinus infection. It was during flu season so the wait was a while. I was treated with courtesy and the nurse practitioner listened to my complaints. This was a week end.

        Dr. Tabatha was my primary care Dr before when I went to True Medical in Muscle Shoals. When she moved to Medical Associates on Cloverdale I started going there. Tabatha Clemons is the BEST Dr. I have ever had. She is compassionate and cares she listens to you

        I called Medical Associates of the Shoals on Monday to schedule an appointment and I was assigned to the office on Cloverdale Rd. The lady staff assured me that I would be contacted within one or two days. Regrettably, it's now Friday, and I have yet to receive any communication from them. Please avoid this location. They will just waste your time.

      Scheduling appointments and making patients feel welcome within our practice is of great importance to us. It is definitely regrettable when someone feels otherwise. We know each person's time is valuable and respect the need for timely communication. Our staff do their best to make sure such mistakes are avoided, but they do happen from time to time. Rest assured it is never our intention to fail to follow through, and we are always eager to assist those who call.
