Unprofessional about people waiting time when they actually are here for the appointment on time they think you can wait a hour or two to be seen and you don't have any other obligations for that day. Instead of scheduling another appointment.

The most unprofessional office I have been too. The front desk lady was ion her phone ignoring me. I showed up after my Grandson was in hospital for recheck. I was told they had no nurse she went to lunch I would have to wait an hour. I said my appointment was at 1. They said I am sorry she is gone. This has happened a few times. I will never step foot in that office again.

Receptionist was trash. Dr doesn't listen.

The initial experience was great. Then the nurse practioner came in and rambled on and on and was very condescending and made assumptions without ever asking any real questions. I ended up storming out and having a full on loud argument with this man while he continued to run his mouth and be offensive and belittling.

Overall, the care that you can receive from the Clinic if you do not have health insurance is great but some of the scheduling receptionists are rude, short, and seem to be having a pretty bad day that turns their positive attitude into a very negative one. No one wants to be sick, call to schedule an appointment and be talked to with a condescending tone. I think these receptionists need a couple of more social service trainings and certificates.
