The "service" I received from this business was not lousy, it was non-existent. My mower broke down, and on Friday, May 6th I contacted Green Guys about cutting my yard. They said they "should" be able to work me in at the beginning of the next week, either Monday or Tuesday. Both days came and went...no call, no show. Since it did rain briefly on Tuesday morning, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called back on Wednesday. The guy that I spoke to mumbled something about "not being in front of the computer" and said he'd get back to me; he never did. I called TWICE the next day, and not only did I get no answer at all, their voicemail curtly informed me that "this mailbox is full and cannot accept any more messages. Goodbye."   *CLICK*. That was the sum of my experience with Green Guys Lawn Care. Fortunately, I was able to get in touch with Shane from S&T Lawn Care, and despite it being short notice, he worked me into his schedule, came out promptly, and got the job done quickly and well. I have other landscaping projects I need help with, but you can bet I WON'T be calling the "Green Guys" to do them. Definitely DO NOT recommend.
