      image Just got off the phone with this company proceeding to get an insurance quote and Sanny in this office spoke to me rudely and hung up the phone . I was talking to my husband getting his info and she assumed I was speaking to her . Politely said No I wasnt talking to you she said ok and hung up shortly . I called the company back to speak to another lady maybe Karry and she was very nonchalant about getting me a quote or solving my insurance issue k advice ppl to look other places very unprofessional and rude at the Florence Al locations
