        On 3/15/2024 For 1 I was in line for 20 minutes which wasnt an issue I understand when youre short staffed it takes time, but also in my mind I assume that means the food would be fresh as well. I got our chicken and it was cold and hard to bite into. Asked for the honey bbq chicken tenders that are dipped. Got plain tenders with 0 bbq sauce. Also asked for onion rings on the second meal and got soggy cold fries in both baskets. I also order pretzels and they were cold and seemed barely cooked. Ive never had a bad experience with this Dairy Queen except for today. You would think with a customer waiting in line for that long the food would be hot and fresh as well as correct.
