        I'm sorry but I have grown deeply disappointed in Aspen Dental. After months of several mouth scans, surprised closing of Florence Alabama office and paying for my dentures I still don't have them. I'm very disappointed even now dealing with the Athrns office I have heard from them since before New Years.

        Horrible phone system. No-one answers IF you can even get through to the office. No-one returns the call IF you do get to leave a message. The website won't allow online appointments. It's a wonder they're even in business.

        Should not have to make first impressions twice!! If you lost or broke first one why would you not call the patient before 1 week??? Some of us are trying to get teeth before Christmas
