        You have to be on the phone for 30 minutes per Listerhill that you call to even get ahold of someone that likely cant help you

        Ive tried since 12-28-22 to call and make a payment like ive done for the past months. No answer! Then had a person answer and say they could not take my payment because it was like a ghost town in the building..NOW my payment is late and a late fee is is added. Im disabled and this is the only way to pay my bill..ive never been late. Today is Wedsday 01-03- 2023..still NO ANSWER! VERY DISPLEASED AT THIS COMPANY.
