        My laptop would not turn on. Office depot tech dept referred me to Excel Computer Services. They diagnosed it as a cracked screen (I couldn't see because I'm old). They were able to access my data on Microsoft. They recommended a replacement laptop that I could buy (on sale) at Office Depot. I bought it same day. Excel got my new one up and running in about an hour. I am very happy with their service and will return, as needed!! I highly recommend them!

        Dont take your Pc here they charge me 100$ an said my window was corrupted an wiped my computer. Then said it was my fault cause of bad ram an i did what they told me to do an it was still not working right. I had to take it somewhere else because it was doing the same thing an they said my window was corrupted an they fixed it for the 50$ THE COMPUTER GROUP on Cloverdale Rd is cheaper an do better work they will fix your computer and not try to build you one

        Great place had a hard drive die like a year or two ago and they where able to get all my important stuff back, and recently had them copy my drives over to SSD and everything is working great 10/10 will definitely go there again if I need more PC work

        Excel Computers, Martin Dean has rescued us from computer insanity many times this year! Our Deco System for Wifi is the best and Martin is a saint in patience & kindness with us ! (Older Generation/computer illiterate) Cory and Ashley have been my go to help for my car/multimedia issues when out in town and have also been patient and kind and very helpful! Thank you Martin, Cory and Ashley! Recommend them highly! God bless you guys! And your business!

      Hi Darrell, we're glad you were able to get your computer fixed for the same issue "corrupted windows" we told you. We have no reports of Bad RAM on your ticket - only "corrupted windows." And we did not decide to just fresh install Windows on your computer, all of this was discussed with you beforehand. If you lost anything, we're sorry but we always call the customer with the diagnosis and options before proceeding with fixes. Again, glad your computer was fixed hopefully you get many good years out of it. *Feel free to keep deleting and changing your review. We still haven't seen you since Dec. 5, and you could have come back anytime to chat with us and take advantage of the 30-day warranty.
