    Im still dealing with issues that this vehicle had, I was lied to..Instead of them trying to right their wrong by placing me in another vehicle for an even trade..I've been stuck with a car with a bad engine. I was also told by management that they would lose money not considering my money that Ive spent.They tried to flip the situation like it was me not taking care of fluids and I had only had the car a week and had to take it back because it started having issues which was another lie because they had my car more than I did from purchase As far as warranty that I had was only for the timing, in which I just found it its the issue again so no they knew what they were doing. The car never ran hot or showed no sign of overheating because residue would of been on the block where it wouldve gushed out onto in which notifies you that its overheating, Also the gauges never notified that it was overheating and if it never overheated the 10-15 times you had it why would it once I had just gotten it back. In that case while in their possession it wouldve overheated and the mechanic would of seen it..The mechanic claimed he checked my fluids every time he had my car which is a lie because in the case he wouldve noticed it running hot in his possession. So why he didnt see it and I literally had just gotten it back from them idk..So that was an excuse for you to not make it right. Just admit it your mechanic messed up my car in your possession. I shouldnt of never needed any repairs in a week or so, not even in 2 months.. I have messages from the manager that shows how often they had my car..If she Thinks about how many times you had my car from the time I got it.. Theyve lied to me and themselves but I promise youll reap what youve sownFYI be very mindful as a customer what your getting from these dealerships, and dont trust anything.. Before purchase take the vehicle to a trustworthy mechanic. Dealerships will sale you anything that operates for a week/ two and then your stuck with the bill of major repairs and etc.. Ive learned my lesson.. I want to believe theres good dealers that really care about their customers but Ive been beat out of too much money to think otherwise.. These days in age these people just after a dollar.. No consideration/decency to resolve the issue. It was a solution but they didnt care to resolve the issue. When you take care of your customers then they keep coming back..Never again and I definitely will let others know not to purchase. Be careful how you treat people because karma always comes back in all shapes and forms.. BBB will be hearing from me

Ma'am I am so sorry for your bad experience, it's never in my heart that any of my customers go through this kind of situation, I am not a mechanic but I have paid expensive mechanics to repair and service my vehicles because I think it is the right to do. I want all my customers to be satisfied with their purchases and I wish the vehicles can last in good condition for ever, but they are used vehicles and eventually something might happen, specially if we don't give them maintenance. When you bought the vehicle it was in good condition, all the sales in dealerships are "as is", even though you came back with a complaint, I had the mechanic working on it until the vehicle was in good condition again. I paid to him for all those hours of labor and parts at not cost for you. You had that vehicle more weeks. I am not the manufacturer, only them can warranty their vehicles. We always offer and recommend to buy service contracts (warranties), in your case your lender didn't want to covered it, and you didn't want to buy it either. This is one of the things that I don't understand but I respect any decision that my clients want to do with their vehicles. I'm always willing to help in whatever I can.
