Hit a deer brought my car to simpsons . They had it for almost 3 weeks to fix it but when we picked it up there was marks in the very front of the car on the bumper it looked like tape marks or something .We told them about the marks they said ok they take care of it . dont know how they could send a car out without checking it first. So went back 2 weeks later the same marks still there!! Finally a week later picked up car. Would not use them again

The work they did was excellent. My car looks like nothing ever happened. There were some delays and I had to call back the last few days before it was ready. I kept hearing maybe ready tomorrow for 3 days. A simple phone call from someone with a realistic explanation of completion would have made my experience much better. Not to mention I had to wait 2 months just to get my car in the shop and then another month for the repairs to be completed. Quality of work A+, communication C
