Bob Wallace Appliance

We bought some appliances here but never again. We also tried to order a stove for another property and the lady we spoke to was not helpful and not nice. The lady said she would ask (Wayne) where we could get a certain size stove for our kitchen and basically if its not on their floor then you can forget it because they are not helping with anything. I wouldnt recommend this store at all due to their customer service..

I bought my washer from here and it has been the best customer service experience Ive had in years! They went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted! Thank you Wayne and Amanda Pace for always making my appliance purchases so pleasant and I will only do business with yall!!!

Sherry was excellent to work with. She spent time making sure I not only had the right part but also helped show me a video of one being installed for extra verification!
