        Quiet place. Friendly staff. Good rooms for the rate. Clean and functional. WiFi and cable included. We enjoyed the stay. Just a few minutes to anything you want to do in Fayette.

        Wasn't clean...ac unit was horrible looking barely worked. Beds uncomfortable, shower had a soap dispenser on wall to pump to get soap to bath..crazy. very over priced for Fayette..the food is horrible and not clean restaurant either..I rather go to family Inn in Winfield than there again..beds were very comfortable and owner was really nice. Clean room, clean sheets and new beds..I wanted to take bed home with me lol..best sleep ever.
