        Not your typical girls day, but my mom and I had a wonderful time at Peak Alkalinity! We started with the Ionic Foot Detox which was so eye opening on how we need to take better care of ourselves. Ingrid was extremely knowledgeable and helpful explaining the entire process. Next we tried the oxygen and left feeling rejuvenated. Excited to book my next appointment for another foot detox!
