Planning our trip to Jamaica through Tracy was the best decision we could have made! I loved that she had first hand knowledge of the resorts and services offered. She listened to our wishes, stayed within our budget, and made us feel like we were her most important clients! I felt like I had a million questions in the beginning but she addressed all of them timely and thoughtfully. 2020 has been an uncertain year, but her positive mindset and calm guidance provided me with the reassurance I needed to proceed with our trip. She even helped us navigate passport dilemmas when our post office told us there was no way we'd receive our passports on time. You won't go wrong if you choose Tracy to plan your trip! Tracy was so helpful, particularly when (because of COVID) we chose to cancel our original travel plans that she had already put so much time into. Without skipping a beat, she found new options for a domestic trip and took care of all the details quickly! She was always quick to respond and she knew all about each resort. We were truly able to sit back and enjoy the time with our family! We highly recommend Tracy!
