I have moved past disappointment with this company into disgust. We entered into an agreement with them to clean our pool while we were out of town. After the scheduled maintenance visit they emailed to let me know that they could not get into the gate even though I had instructed them how to do this when I set up the contract. They sent someone back out and told me that they were going to have to do some plumbing before our pool was up to their specs for a maintenance contract. I paid them $300+ to complete this repair. I then received an email with a $400 invoice for the chemicals that they needed to stock up for my maintenance. I paid that and soon after received another email with two different reports of the maintenance that they had performed after the repair. I have never heard from them again. Not for a bill, not for a maintenance report, not any communication whatsoever. I just arrived at my house to find a swamp where my pool used to be. The repair that they told me was necessary leaks and not only will my pump not prime but I'm going to have to repair the floor in my pump house now. I will be spending the next 3 days cleaning out the pool myself and then finding someone who is responsible and has basic communication skills for my future pool maintenance.

Very helpful every time I go. Explain step by step what to do when adding chemicals to the pool. Even offer suggestions to make the work easier.
