A great friend of mine, who was a realtor not currently active, recommended Hollie to my husband and me when we were thinking about selling our home in Fairhope about five years ago. It turned out the timing wasnt right because we couldnt find another house to purchase. We had multiple contacts with Hollie for home searching and viewing throughout those five years, and we finally decided to sell without purchasing. Hollie thoroughly researched our community (a super special waterfront area of Fairhope) and patiently answered all of our questions. She totally guided us throughout the selling process, from how to price our special home to the entire staging process. She did such an amazing job, and our home went under contract in nine hours. Not only was Hollie amazingly kind and authentic, but she also had proven to us that she was an expert in real estate. Her knowledge of the area, current pricing and listings, and recently sold properties gave us an advantage both in selling and purchasing. She was always, always, available for our needs, and was able to work small miracles when it came to our new purchase price. My friend later told me that the reason Hollie decided to become a broker was because she had been frustrated with unethical practices in real estate. Hollie was out to prove that underhanded deals and cheating could be removed from the equation. Hollie has done just that. She genuinely cares for all parties involved in these transactions. Even the selling agent in our new purchase told the sellers, with whom we became acquainted, how amazing and wonderful Hollie is!
