Dr. James Koehler is absolutely the best!!! I love how easy it was to have a conversation with him and all his amazing staff. He answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. He was compassionate and honest. He has so much talent and such an amazing gift. I highly recommend you going to see him for all your procedures. I promise you will never be disappointed!!!

I absolutely love this place! I want to first off say thank you to his front desk lady, Bunny. She has been such a big help in making sure she answered any questions I had and her recommendations for things I had question about, she went above and beyond! She truly wants the best for his patients and that in itself means so much! Both dr kholer and his staff have been so welcoming! I Havnt been this happy with my Botox in a long time ! You wont regret coming here!

I've been seeing Dr Koehler for minor procedures for years. Always very satisfied, I recently had a major procedure - a lower jaw lift & brow lift. Results nothing short of astonishing! I literally acquired 30 years of youth. i expected to look like I'd been hit by a bus for weeks after the surgery but I looked normal after only about 2 weeks with almost no bruising. These kinds of results require an incredibly skilled surgeon but also one with a deep appreciation of aesthetics. You can not go wrong with Dr Koehler. Also his staff are all amazing from his wonderful receptionist Kim to the best aesthetician Cheryl and nursing staff Sarah and all the other support staff. Absolutely the best!

Four years after my breast lift with implants in 2018, both breasts had become encapsulated causing severe disfiguration. Having surgery to correct the problem wasnt even an option for me, so I began searching for a surgeon. I knew I was going to be a very challenging patient, so finding a surgeon who I believed was the most qualified was crucial. After interviewing surgeons in Mobile, Fairhope, Pensacola and Gulf Breeze, I miraculously happened upon Dr. Koehler. His warm bedside manner immediately set me at ease and the more we talked, the more confidence he instilled in me. After hearing his surgical plan which involved redoing my lift and creating an internal bra using mesh, I felt absolute assurance in his ability. Because none of my previous 3 surgeries had resulted in a great outcome, I naturally kept my expectations low. The actual day of my surgery, when I was able to see the outcome, I was stunned - my breasts, although quite bruised as youd expect, were exactly what Id hoped for all along but never got. At the age of 71, I finally had perky, shapely breasts much like I had in my 20s before 6 years of breastfeeding took its toll. My first 3 surgeries were at the hands of big city, very reputable plastic surgeons that I feared had more sophisticated training and expertise than any small town, Alabama surgeon could have was I ever wrong! There just arent words to adequately express how happy I am with my new breasts and how incredibly thankful I am to have found Dr. Koehler. Not only is he a truly gifted surgeon, but hes also an incredible human unlike so many surgeons that Ive met over the years, as a patient and as someone who worked in the medical field for many years, Dr. Koehler truly cares about his patients, and it doesnt take any time at all to realize that about him. And his staff all of them... are wonderful, caring, and thoughtful women who have clearly been selectively chosen to serve and represent Eastern Shore Cosmetic Surgery. My only regret is that I wasnt living in Fairhope in 2018 when I had my first lift I have no doubt that Dr. Koehler would have been able to give me a wonderful outcome with superior results that lasted.

Dr. Koehler and his staff are absolutely AMAZING!! They treated me as if I were their family! My surgery went so good, he did a fantastic job! If you go to Dr. Koehler, you wont regret it! Ive always been terrified of surgeries so I never thought I would have cosmetic surgery, but, Im so so so thankful I did! Mrs. Denvia, really helped me with everything! With out her I probably wouldnt have had any surgery done. She called me and spoke with me for over an hour about everything I needed to know to be prepared! When I went in for my very first appointment, I felt right at home! They made my experience amazing! Im so ready to have more surgeries in the future! Thank you so much Dr. Koehler and all the staff!
