    Mt wife's doctor, Dr Cooper, is great. But good luck trying to get the staff to care if you are trying to reach a doctor during an emergency. Took forever for the emergency line to pick up, then straight up refused to speak with my wife when they finally answered.

    My mother went to Dr. Missanelli today. She went in for her yearly appointment. This was her first time. She told my mother nothing my mom was saying is true and calling her a liar. She degraded my mother about her weight. This is heartbreaking to hear another WOMAN doctor tears her down instead of listening. I would never recommend her. Horrible doctor and should be ashamed of her self. DO NOT GO TO HER.

    Dr. Henderson is truly amazing! I have nothing but nice things to say about him!! But, the front desk is absolutely rude. I called to reschedule my annual appointment as an already established patient and got told I couldnt see Dr. Henderson until January 2025. The first girl I talked to was very very rude. I spoke to the front office manager after to get some clarification and she was just as rude as well. I explained to her what happened and she said yeah he cant see you until January 2025. Dr. Henderson has a wait list. After going back and forth with her about how it didnt make sense for my annual visit for this year to be scheduled next year, I told her to cancel me as a patient and she said dont worry, we already did. I do not recommend. I was skeptical at first but wanted to give them a chance cause I read SOME good reviews but I shouldve gone with my gut. They obviously werent concerned with what I needed to get done for my annual visit.

    I have 0 complaints about my OB, Dr. Cooper! As a first time mom, I have many concerns. She does an amazing job at answering all of my questions, and overall just being an involved and patient dr. As far as the staff - dont expect to be greeted with a smile. This doesnt apply to all, but definitely a good majority. My husband and I were recently given our deductible sheet for what we would owe for our pregnancy. The number was really high and everyone I had spoke to said it was a bit much. Long story short there was a mixup with our insurance. No biggie. My insurance had spoken with the office and had seemingly resolved the issue! Well, I call to get my new estimate total so that I know what to expect come my 20 week appointment. Total was still the same, and nothing had been fixed, and apparently nobody had heard from insurance the receptionist assures me she would contact my insurance company to see if she couldnt have the whole thing figured out. I call my insurance to see if anything had changed, they say no, and were just as confused as I was. They then take it into their own hands to call the office themselves to resolve the issue for hopefully the last time. They then assure me its been resolved. I get a call about 10 minutes later from the receptionist I had originally spoken with, did not even give me a chance to breathe before saying my insurance company had just contacted them even though she said she would call, but that obviously was not enough for me, and then proceeded to hang up before I had the chance to ask what I needed to now bring for the new half of my cost. Was so incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. I have never had to deal with this issue as far as large co-pays, and deductibles so it has been a bit stressful on my husband and I to say the least. All we wanted was to have a little weight lifted off of our shoulders.. especially considering we thought the issue had been resolved.
