Only 5 stars because the site won't allow me to give her 10. Cindy is amazing! I've used Cindy 2x and will only work with her when purchasing homes in Baldwin County.She's so knowledgeable and passionate about her Fairhope community and the surrounding areas. Cindy is a true professional; knowledgeable, well connected, well liked and well respected. And for good reason. NO ONE works harder for clients than Cindy.

Cindy did a very fine job selling our house on Mobile Bay. She helped my wife and I navigate the paperwork and decision-making of listing our house, countering an offer, accepting an offer, and the numerous other matters leading up to the closing. We had an offer on our house within ten days after listing, and closed soon afterwards. Her expert negotiations with the buyer's agent made the entire process easier and better for us. I will not hesitate to use Cindy again.

A realtor friend in Northern Michigan put us in touch with Cindy Zebryk and I couldn't be more grateful! Cindy got to know us and what we value in a home. She showed us about 8 homes the day we met her and was knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, even steered us away from some houses with structural issues. When I spotted a place I really liked, she shepherded us through the due diligence process, the Fairhope Single Tax appointment and the final walkthrough (when the sellers were still cleaning out the house!). She was there at our closing to answer any last-minute questions. I highly recommend Cindy; she is experienced, thorough and communicates clearly and promptly.
